Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations or appointment changes are made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.
• Missed appointments, including non attendance without notice, will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.

This policy allows us to manage clinic time effectively and offer appointments to other patients who may be waiting. Thank you for your understanding.
